Right! The "This is a Trent Reznor Song" vid is sort of a followup/response to the "Closer" Kirk/Spock vid.

When watching the mashup, I kept seeing Troi and Beverly Crusher in their yoga outfits. And thinking about that reminded me that on TOS the women's costumes had to hide their navels. I have no idea whether this is helpful, but hopefully it's mildly amusing.
