I was just reminded: some folks would like to be a bit more caught up on recent short speculative fiction than they are, and are on Dreamwidth.
If an online magazine has an RSS feed then you can follow it via
https://dreamwidth.org/feeds and then it'll show up on your Reading Page. I subscribe to the RSS feeds of a few online magazines via Dreamwidth and that helps me see some stuff.
I subscribe to:
firesidefiction_feed
strangehorizons_all_feed
lightspeedmag_feed (just looked this one up to subscribe)
clarkesworld_feed (just looked this one up to subscribe)
mithilareview_feed (some speculative fiction, some not)
jaggery_feed (some speculative fiction, some not)
And I recommend you consider checking out
ladybusiness and
tor_rss_feed as well.
I see several of the
SFWA qualifying markets have RSS feeds --
Apex does,
Beneath Ceaseless Skies does,
Uncanny does, etc. I am trying to spend a little less time doing fandom stuff this year so I am resisting making and subscribing to DW feeds for all these, but if you want to do so, feel free to leave a link in the comments!
Update 14 September 2020 -- more feeds in this MetaFilter comment.Update 10 April 2021: I'm trying to reduce my info intake while I work on a book, so for now I'm unsubscribing from Clarkesworld, Fireside, Expanded Horizons, Lightspeed, Mithila Review, Strange Horizons, and Jaggery. Noting to myself.
