I had never heard of Major League Hacking before today, and then I was reading their FAQ, and saw their Code of Conduct item - their incident response procedure is based on the Ada Initiative one hosted on the Geek Feminism wiki, and is considered an industry best practice.

So many years ago I was on the Ada Initiative board. Glad that legacy remains.
