Wow, that is a fascinating article. I can conceive of a meaningful discussion of the points it raises, even in a mixed-gender group. (Now I'll click over to MF to compare wish & reality.)

So much to unpack here...and it's so hard to read and think about, even having been involved in OSS codes of conduct/enforcing them/grapevine warnings about people myself.
