oh man, I can't believe it took me so long to see this. It's not only very powerful, but really informative to me, since I have little to no experience with the tech industry myself, but I have a lot of extended family working in it - mostly cousins in IT in India, surprise surprise, and my one female cousin who was a software engineer (IIT grad, very talented) recently left tech to work in business, which is hardly a friendly industry for women itself! It also hit me close to home that you used scenes with Neha from The Internship as one of the primary fictional frames for the vid, since she's a character I identified with a LOT when I saw that movie, so it's really moving to see the other side of her journey, what she would have to face after the initial barriers we see her overcome.
Anyway, I love how this works on both personal and macro levels, so thank you for making it! Like other folks, I would be very interested in a shot-by-shot commentary, if you have the time and energy.
