Can I ask how the audiobook is handling the endnotes? When I read Infinite Jest I had three or four places in the book marked with postits, including Chapter 1, the start of the Endnotes, and a couple of places I kept flipping back to to remind myself of details, and also two bookmarks, one for my current place in the book and one for my current place in the endnotes. I'm curious if the audiobook is skipping the endnotes or inserting them when they come up or what, particularly with the nested endnotes. It's not a very linear book.
