Dreamwidth power tips & feature requests

I have belatedly posted some notes from a WisCon panel on Dreamwidth power user tips -- I also noted several feature and documentation requests.

Ordinarily I would turn several of these into GitHub issues or dw_suggestions entries. dw_suggestions is very behind on processing its entries queue and I'm a bit short on time to file GitHub issues -- others should feel free to file suggestions and issues!
