Question: do they have a strategy if an employee snaps and gets violent?

Do you mean a recommended strategy for immediate incident response? I put "violence" into their search and found some stuff but I don't know how much detail they go into. There's a set of "limitations" that might be useful to look through:

Control of Anger/Emotions

Behavior

Disruptive Behavior

Erratic/Inconsistent Behavior

Noncompliant Behavior

Stress Intolerance
