Wow! This is your first vid, that is so amazing! What an ambitious idea, and you've executed it so well. This is impressive on many levels! This is so sharp and clear, with the way it contrasts falsely positive recruiting and optimism with the later empty desks and tweets and articles, the way it blends so many types of sources (I know how hard this is to do, but you'd never be able to tell from how well you've done it!) to shape a narrative about the industry.

I love vids and remixes like this, that remix remixes, that draw on the power of what other people have done with "Blank Space," with the textual meaning of "Blank Space" itself, with Taylor Swift and tech, to jump off and make your own point. This obviously would stand very well on its own, but situated within that context it's even smarter and more knowing. I love that.

Speaking of, it is a really fun intersection of everything that "Watershed," which I doubt I would've made without Wiscon as a motivator, helped you even in any small ways it did, and then you premiered this this year at Wiscon. It's just an amazing self-reinforcing cycle of feminism-aware remixing that makes me really happy. :D
